RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund.


All returns must be requested within 14 days of the purchase date.All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.


RETURN PROCESS


To return an item, email us at returns@gbpersonalshopper.com or via the contact form with the following information:


  • Order Number
  • Reason for return

We will then reply with instructions for sending the item back to us. Once we have received the item, we will verify it is in the original condition and process the refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund where you have failed to take reasonable care of the goods. In this case, the item will be returned to you at your own cost.


Faulty Item


If you have received an item that is faulty, please contact us immediately with your order number, your name, address and details of the problem along with photographic evidence.


Please Note


The postage of the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Use a tracked/insured postage service to ensure the item reaches us.


The cost of the return to us is also your responsibility.
